I did a bit of dance and warmup tonight I have sweat beads dripping off me right now I did a hip opener to this song! Unfortunately because my joints and muscles are a bit sore from having a cold and also i did extra yoga the last two days my rhythm and energy wasn’t what it normally is but I’ll try again tomorrow hopefully this achy ness is gone this is a great song !
