You know that sleep is getting hard to get
'Cause you never know what you’ll forget
And I’ve got to know of all the news
'Cause one day there’ll be news for me, yeah
I never pass a headline by
'Cause every one will catch my eye
And though it’s tough to keep alert
You never know what could hurt me, yeah
But it gets me down
You know it gets me down
It really gets me down
Yeah, gets me down
Info Freako
There is no end to what I want to know
There’s what you feel
And what you know
And it wasn’t all that long ago
I found that Info Freako thing
Now nothing ever gets to me, yeah
But it gets me down
You know it gets me down
It really gets me down
Yeah, gets me down
Info Freako
There is no end to what I want to know
But it means I’ll have the edge over you
And it means I’ll always have the edge over you
And you know there’s nothing that you can do
Info Freako
There is no end to what I want to know
Info Freako
There is no end to what I want to know
This still sounds great but cant believe its nearly 30 years ago.Reminds me of moving to London and going to uni. The fusion of indie rock, psychedelia, electro and hip hop is what made the late 80s/early 90s so exciting. The commercialisation of indie rock by 1996 marked the death of british youth culture IMO. Nothing significantly new or innovative since then unless you include dubstep or grime but lets face it, hardly that different from what went before.
Had major crush on Mike, Jerry and Al Jaworski at the age of 12-13 in early nineties!! Most of my female school friends were into Take That, New Kids on the Block etc. Gosh I feel old. Youngsters would probably regard this as vintage music now!
Remember seeing you on The Tube. You were the soundtrack to touring Chester and North Wales in the back of a blue tranny with my drums...... Take us fucking back JJ x
