just a classic , folk rock at its best , I cannot go along with the current Trend of disdain towards the genre . Shirley never did have a great singing voice but it grew on the listener and was perfect for this type of song . this is part of folk history , not just the songs and tunes , but the way it was incorporated into popular culture , one must not forget the part played by Ashley Hutchins in bringing together such talented musicians and singers and in effect creating a whole cultural movement , great stuff and timeless.

One of the best albums of the revival ... and the best track on it. Kudos to the uploader ... the sound quality is stunning.

Although obviously sympathetic, could this be said to objectify the poor murdered woman?
